Troubleshooting
My Pebble will not charge
Solution:
- Ensure the power adapter that does not exceed 5V⎓2A
- Ensure the USB cable is functioning correctly and/or test Pebble with a different USB cable
- Ensure to charge/discharge the Pebble frequently to maintain battery performance. If not used for long periods of time, the battery may drop below the minimum charge level (which cannot be reversed)
My Pebble will not charge my device
Solution:
- Ensure the USB cable is functioning correctly and/or test your device with a different power source
- Ensure the Pebble has been fully charged before use
- Ensure that the Pebble is powered on
- Ensure your device is compatible with this Pebble
- Ensure to use the USB cable provided with your Pebble or device
I can't activate fast charging on my Pebble PZ-30
Solution:
- Ensure your device is compatible with fast charging
- Ensure to use a high-speed USB cable
