If you are experiencing issues with Bluetooth calling, please hold the crown of your watch for approx. 5 seconds, then press ‘reset’.
Why am I not getting notifications on my smart watch?
To enable notifications, open the Veho Kuzo app and press ‘Device’, then press message notification settings. From here you can then select which notifications you would prefer. Please also ensure notifications are allowed from the mobile device’s settings.
Is the Kuzo Pro compatible with iOS and Android?
Yes the Kuzo Pro smart watch works with both Apple iOS and Android devices.
