Troubleshooting

My speaker will not switch on

Solution:
  • Ensure the speaker has been fully charged before use
  • Press and hold the power button for approx. 3 seconds

My speaker will not charge

Solution:
  • Ensure the USB cable is functioning correctly and/or test the speaker with a different USB cable
  • Ensure the power adapter that does not exceed 5V⎓2A
  • Ensure to charge/discharge the speaker frequently to maintain battery performance. If not used for long periods of time, the battery may drop below the minimum charge level (which cannot be reversed)
  • Ensure that the adapter is powered on

My speaker will not connect to my device

Solution:
  • Ensure your device is compatible with Bluetooth v4.2 and later
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the speaker is in pairing mode
  • Ensure the speaker is set to the correct mode
  • Ensure the speaker is disconnected from any previous devices

My speaker has no volume/audio

Solution:
  • Ensure the volume on your device is turned up and audio is playing
  • Ensure the speaker volume is turned up and audio is playing

How do I connect my speaker to another Veho speaker?

Solution:

Power on both speakers then press and hold the mode buttons for 8 seconds simultaneously on both speakers you will hear a tone. When the speakers have paired successfully select the speaker from the Bluetooth menu on your device. Audio will now play automatically through both speakers.
