My Tubevac won't work after charging
We recommend fully charging the Tubevac before first use, whilst using the supplied USB-C cable. When charging, the LED indicator will flash red, turning solid once fully charged. After this has been done, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the Tubevac on.
How do I use the Tubevac as a blower?
In order for the Tubevac to be used as a bower, slot the accessory into the exhaust.
Is the filter washable?
Yes, remove the filter and rinse under running water. Allow to dry before replacing.

Why wont my Tubevac charge?

How long will it take to charge my tubevac?
To charge the tubevac from 0 – 100% it will take around 3:45 hours for 18 minutes of wireless charge.
What do the different red LED modes mean?
A solid red indicates the Tubevac is on. A flashing red light indicates the Tubevac is charging. A solid red light while charging shows the Tubevac is fully charged. If the red LED flashes 5 times, this indicates it is low on battery and needs to be charged.
