My Tubevac won't work after charging
Fully charging the Tubevac before first use, whilst using the supplied USB-C cable. When charging, the LED indicator will flash red, turning solid once fully charged. After this has been done, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the Tubevac on.
Is the filter washable?
Yes, remove the filter and rinse under running water. Allow to dry before replacing.
