Is this model compatible with Windows 10?

Answer:
No, this model is only compatible with earlier Windows operating systems.

However, the MicroCapture utility does not detect the camera but the default Camera App, built-in to Windows 10, can be used for the microscope. If you are using a laptop with a built-in webcam then disable the built-in webcam before running the camera app.
