How can I reset the G-Tag?
To reset the G-Tag, open the outer cover and press the power button four times, on the fifth time press and hold until you hear a ‘beep’. Click the outer cover back into place. The G-Tag is now reset and ready to pair again.
Why wont my G-Tag work with my device?
Please check the compatibility of your device, Make sure your Find My app is up to date with the latest version of IOS, iPad OS and macOS. Please note: The Veho G-Tag is not compatible with android devices.

Why wont my G-Tag turn on?
In order to set up and turn on the G-Tag, you must open the outer cover. Locate the plastic pull tab under the cell battery, pull to remove, ensuring the battery is repositioned correctly. After removing the tab, you should hear a short tone to indicate the G-Tag is turned on. Finally, click the outer cover back into place. your G-Tag is now on.
Why wont my G-Tag notify me when I leave it behind?
Ensure you have the ‘Notify when left behind’ toggle is switched on in the Find My app.
‘Notify when found’ Automatically sends you the location of your G-Tag when it is found by an IOS device using the Find My app. Only works when your G-Tag is out of range.
Is the G-Tag combatible with Android devices?
No, the G-Tag is only compatible with Apple devices such as iPhone or iPad.
