Wifi screen mirroring of Netflix and Disney+ streaming Apps is not working, why?
Answer: Third-party apps such as Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services may not work due to content protection and licensing restrictions. Please use the Apps pre-installed on the projector or download the Apps onto the projector using the Google Play Store.
Why wont the QUDA projector recognize my USB driver?
Answer: Ensure the USB driver is formatted as FAT32 otherwise it will not be recognized by the QUDA projector.
Why won't my USB driver be recognised?
Answer: Firstly, ensure the USB driver is formatted as FAT32. Or try a different USB driver.
Why won't my projector focus?
Answer: To adjust the focus on your QUDA ROHM projector, make sure the projector is on a flat surface, then adjust the focus using the focus wheel. Finally move your projector closer or further away until the image is clear.
Why cant I connect my QUDA projector to wifi?
Answer: You must ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on in settings.
Reconnect to the network by entering the password again.
Restart to projector and router and try again.
Why do I have no HDMI display?
Answer: Restart the projector.
Make sure the projector is turned on and set to HDMI to output.
Ensure the HDMI cable is plugged into the projector correctly.
Try using a different HDMI cable.
Why wont my Netflix work on my projector?
Answer: Apps will need updates to continue working at the latest version. In order to allow Netflix to update, you will need to view the app in the projectors app store. (Not Google Play Store) Here you will find the Netflix app and the option to update it to the latest version.
