Why wont Netflix work on my projector.
Solution: Apps will need updates to continue working at the latest version. In order to allow Netflix to update, you will need to view the app in the projectors app store. (Not Google Play Store) Here you will find the Netflix app and the option to update it to the latest version.
Why won't my projector focus?
Solution: To adjust the focus on your QUDA ROHM projector, make sure the projector is on a flat surface, then adjust the focus using the focus wheel. Finally move your projector closer or further away until the image is clear.
Why won't my USB driver be recognised?
Solution: Firstly, ensure the USB driver is formatted as FAT32. Or try a different USB driver.
Why am I experiencing 'Try again later' on the Play Store?
Solution: If you are experiencing an issue with the Play Store, please go into your projectors settings and select ‘Restore factory settings’.
Wifi screen mirroring of Netflix and Disney+ streaming Apps is not working, why?
Solution: Third-party apps such as Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services may not work due to content protection and licensing restrictions. Please use the Apps pre-installed on the projector or download the Apps onto the projector using the Google Play Store
Why cant I connect my QUDA projector to wifi?
Solution: You must ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on in settings.
Reconnect to the network by entering the password again.
Restart to projector and router and try again.
Why do I have no HDMI display?
Solution: If you are experiencing no HDMI display, please try resetting your projector. Head to the projectors settings, then look for ‘Factory reset’.
Why am I experiencing an issue with YouTube on the projector? It states 'Device Not Supported'.
Solution: If you are experiencing problems with YouTube on the QUDA projector, please follow this guide below with all the possible methods to fix.
- Date and time settings. – Please go to ‘Settings’, ‘Time settings’ and then ensure that you are in the correct time zone with the correct date.
- Please re-download YouTube, ensuring it is version 2.15.006.
- Update Play Store & Google Play Services. – Open Play Store -> ‘Manage Apps’ -> ‘Update all’ -> Make sure that YouTube has updated.
- Uninstall and Reinstall YouTube. – Open Play Store and locate YouTube -> Uninstall the app -> Next hit Update -> Open.
- Check Google Services & Account. – Make sure you’re signed into Play Store -> Update the Play Store by finding settings -> ‘About’ -> ‘Play Store Version’ -> update the Play Store.
Why am I having issues with casting from my phone to the QUDA?
Solution: In order to cast your phone to the QUDA:
For Apple: Please select ‘AirPin’ in the QUDA app store. From here you can then select the screen mirroring option on your iPhone. Next, please select ‘ATV_XX’.
For Android: Please download the ‘MiraCast’ App on your device, then pair to your projector using the app.
