Troubleshooting
My headphones won’t enter pairing mode
Solution:
- 1. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device (through settings, Bluetooth) 2. Press and hold the power button on the headphones, you will hear ‘power on’, don’t let go of the button until you hear ‘pairing’ 3. The headphones should appear on the dropdown menu on your device 4. Select the headphones and they should then pair
My headphones will not switch on
Solution:
- Ensure the headphones have been fully charged before use
My headphones will not charge
Solution:
- Ensure that the adapter is powered on
- Ensure the USB cable is functioning correctly and/or test the headphones with a different USB cable
- Ensure the power adapter that does not exceed 5V⎓1A
My headphones will not connect to my device
Solution:
- Ensure your device is compatible with Bluetooth v4.2 and later
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode
- Ensure the headphones are disconnected from any previous devices
