How to repair with the same smart device
If the F1-S watch has previously been paired to the same smart device, the watch must be reset, unbound through the Kuzo app, and then forgotten through Bluetooth settings. If you have previously created an account, you should be able to use the same login credentials.

My watch and mobile device will not pair.
Ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet and Bluetooth is enabled. Search for ‘Veho Kuzo’ in your mobile settings and allow Veho Kuzo to access Bluetooth information, restart the App and watch before attempting the setup process again.
‘Forget’ the watch from Bluetooth settings before restarting the setup process.
Why won't my notifications appear on my watch?
Ensure notifications are enabled and the watch is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device.
Also ensure that push notifications are enabled for each third-party application that you wish to receive notifications from, open ‘Notifications’ within settings on your mobile device and allow notifications.
My watch's battery life is shorter than I expected.
Ensure the watch is fully charged before use. Ensure the power outlet/plug does not exceed 5V-1A as this may damage battery performance.
Reduce watch brightness to increase battery life.
Using background features such as sleep tracking and continuous heart rate detection will consume battery, and therefore decrease battery life. Background features can be disabled.
Enable power saving mode to increase battery life. Click on the watch name under ‘Device management’ in the ‘Device tab’, toggle power saving mode to On/Off.
Synchronising data
Data is synchronised between the watch and App automatically. Swipe down on the ‘Health’ dashboard to refresh data.
My weather information is not updating.
Ensure the Veho Kuzo App has access to location data in your mobile phone settings, restart the App and watch once settings have been updated.
Weather data is taken is taken from your mobile device, ensure this device is connected to the internet.
Ensure ‘Weather sync’ is toggled within ‘Weather settings’ under the ‘Device’ tab.
My watch's music controls are not working correctly.
Ensure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device.
If music is being streamed, ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet.
My watch is not taking accurate heart rate and SpO2 measurements.
Ensure the protective plastic strip has been removed from the light sensor and the light sensor is clean and dry.
Secure the watch tightly to your wrist, screen side facing up before taking measurements.
Temperature, skin complexion, tattoos, hair and other external factors may cause results to vary.
My watch screen is not appearing when I raise my wrist.
Enable raise to wake by clicking on the watch name under ‘Device management’ in the ‘Device tab’, toggle raise to wake and set time settings.
I have forgotten my Kuzo account password.
Log out of the Veho Kuzo App, select the ‘Forgot password’ tab on the Sign in page. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Ensure the charging pins match up with the contacts on the Watch.

How do I access music controls?
For the music controls, swipe to the left twice on the smart watch screen.
How do I turn notifications on?
For the notifications, open the Veho Kuzo app and along the bottom row press device, then press message notification settings. From here you can then pick which notifications you would prefer. Please also ensure notifications are allowed from the mobile device’s settings.
How do I change my watch face?
Open the Veho Kuzo App
Press Device
Press Watch Faces
You can now pick a watch face, online dials offer a wider variety of faces.
How do I put a photo as my watch face?
Press Online dial
Scroll to the bottom and you’ll see album dial
You can then upload your photo from here.
How do I activate the weather feature on my watch?
My watch is not charging.
Ensure the magnetic charging pins on the watch and the charger align when placing the watch on charge. You should feel a click when the magnets connect. Please note if the pins are not touching the watch will NOT charge.
