Camera setup issues
Solution:
- Ensure the Cave Starter Kit has been successfully setup, this will enable access to the Cave App
- Follow the setup video under the ‘Videos’ tab
- During camera setup, ensure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi router as the Cave hub
- Ensure the camera is within range of the Cave Starter Kit
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the Cave App
Can’t view cameras in the Cave App / cameras remain offline

- Ensure the setup process has been followed accurately
