How to repair with the same smart device
Solution: If the F1-S watch has previously been paired to the same smart device, the watch must be reset, unbound through the Kuzo app, and then forgotten through Bluetooth settings. If you have previously created an account, you should be able to use the same login credentials.
When will the Veho Kuzo app support Dutch?
Solution: The Veho Kuzo app now supports Dutch!
When will the Veho Kuzo app support Danish?
Solution: We are currently working on the integration of Danish into the Veho Kuzo app. An app update will be available very shortly.
Why won't my watch connect to my mobile device?
Solution: Ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet and Bluetooth is enabled. Search for ‘Veho Kuzo’ in your mobile settings and allow Veho Kuzo to access Bluetooth information, restart the App and watch before attempting the setup process again.
‘Forget’ the watch from Bluetooth settings before restarting the setup process.
Why aren't my notifications appearing on my watch?
Solution: Ensure notifications are enabled and the watch is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device.
Also ensure that push notifications are enabled for each third-party application that you wish to receive notifications from, open ‘Notifications’ within settings on your mobile device and allow notifications.
Why is the battery life shorter than I expected?
Solution: Ensure the watch is fully charged before use. Ensure the power outlet/plug does not exceed 5V-1A as this may damage battery performance.
Reduce watch brightness to increase battery life.
Using background features such as sleep tracking and continuous heart rate detection will consume battery, and therefore decrease battery life. Background features can be disabled.
Enable power saving mode to increase battery life. Click on the watch name under ‘Device management’ in the ‘Device tab’, toggle power saving mode to On/Off.
Synchronising data
Solution: Data is synchronised between the watch and App automatically. Swipe down on the ‘Health’ dashboard to refresh data.
Why isn't my weather information updating?
Solution: Ensure the Veho Kuzo App has access to location data in your mobile phone settings, restart the App and watch once settings have been updated.
Weather data is taken is taken from your mobile device, ensure this device is connected to the internet.
Ensure ‘Weather sync’ is toggled within ‘Weather settings’ under the ‘Device’ tab.
My music controls are not working correctly?
Solution: Ensure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device.
If music is being streamed, ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet.
My heart rate and SpO2 measurements are not accurate?
Solution: Ensure the protective plastic strip has been removed from the light sensor and the light sensor is clean and dry.
Secure the watch tightly to your wrist, screen side facing up before taking measurements.
Temperature, skin complexion, tattoos, hair and other external factors may cause results to vary.
My watch screen does not appear when raising wrist?
Solution: Enable raise to wake by clicking on the watch name under ‘Device management’ in the ‘Device tab’, toggle raise to wake and set time settings.
I have forgot my Kuzo account passowrd?
Solution: Log out of the Veho Kuzo App, select the ‘Forgot password’ tab on the Sign in page. Follow the on-screen instructions.
How to link my Kuzo Veho watch to Strava?
Solution:
- Open Veho Kuzo app
- Click the ‘My’ tab
- Select ‘Data authorisation’
- Click ‘Strava’
- Set the Strava tab switch to on (this should automatically direct you to the Strava app)
- Authorise Veho Kuzo to connect to Strava
My Kuzo Smart watch is not charging
Solution: Ensure the charging pins match up with the contacts on the Watch.
